Double Gold for Property Link

During a recent lavish awards ceremony at the Hilton, Park Lane, London, Property Link received its first Gold Award.

Property Link entered the prestigious ESTA Awards for the first time this year and won the Gold Award in the tenant category Northern Ireland 2015. The ESTA was presented by Phil Spencer, the TV property expert. In attendance at the awards were more than 800 representatives of the UK's property industry from the top estate and letting agencies throughout the country.

The ESTAS determine the best estate and letting agents in the UK through research carried out amongst customers, who are asked a series of questions about the service they have received from their agent.

The Sunday Times award was announced by Penny Smith (author and newsreader), and 6 times marathon world champion Paula Radcliff, on Friday 12th June at the glittering ceremony at The Lancaster London Hotel attended by over 550 leading letting agents from throughout the UK.

Award winners were decided following a rigorous and thorough judging process by a panel of 20 industry experts who assessed initial entry submissions before conducting an extensive review of the entrants, which included telephone interviews and independent mystery shopping exercises. The whole of the judging process was overseen by The Property Ombudsman, Christopher Hamer, and David Cox, Managing Director designate of ARLA acted as Arbiter.

With more entrants than ever before, over 5,000 offices were represented this year, but only the very best of the best were crowned as winners.
