    Dealing principally with residential and student accommodation rentals, Neil has a wealth of experience in the North West property market. As the property market is evolving, Neil remains committed to ensuring the Property Link clients always receive the very best deal possible. In additions well as being a specialist in residential letting, Neil has excellent property marketing, refurbishment and upgrading experience and is experienced on HMO legislation. Neil believes firmly that what sets Property Link apart from other companies is our genuinely high level of service and professionalism.

    Geraldine Lynch Office & Accounts Manager
    Geraldine was instrumental in establishing Property Link Derry branch. Among many responsibilities Geraldine is in charge of the Office Management and Office Accounts. Geraldine's attention to detail is paramount in this vital role within the business and her professionalism and communication to clients is exemplary. Her friendly manner allows her to build an excellent rapport with her clients. She is dedicated to providing a thorough and efficient service to achieve the best deal for her clients.

    Laura endeavours to promote all Property Link services at every opportunity. Laura has served the general public all of her working life, and after 25 years still enjoys the challenge on a daily basis to serve Property Link customers and offers support. Laura is also in charge of the End of Tenancy Inspection and business development of the company.

    Jennifer joined the team in June 2017 after graduating from Edinburgh Napier University. Jennifer provides a range of services to clients whether it be sales or the rental of residential, commercial or student properties. She is highly focused with a comprehensive knowledge of how to maintain a professional, helpful and courteous relationship with clients.
  • Tracie Thomas Landlord Service Manager
    Tracie joined our team in August 2017. Tracie has an extensive background in senior retail management and is now responsible for looking after all the landlord requirements i.e. landlord monthly statements, landlord enquiries and payments, landlord registration scheme, updating landlords of new legislations, and whatever else required to make the management of the properties stress free. Tracie is also in charge of renewals, Tenancy Deposit Scheme and deposit disputes.
  • Jenna Murray Admin Assistant
    Jenna has worked in customer service for 15 years and is a self-confessed 'people person'. She is committed to our customer care standards. Jenna is key in the day to day operation of the business. Jenna is also responsible for the reparis, offering all parties her great customer service. Jenna is also in charge of many more administrative duties and more importantly she is the company entertainer.
