Whether you are experienced in renting property or a first timer we will try to understand what type of property you are looking to rent and gain your feedback on the ones you view.

Once you have decided on the property for you there are few steps to becoming a Property Link Tenant.

Unique Tenant Benefits

We offer prospective tenants quality accommodation. We believe it is important that all our tenants are satisfied with their property and therefore, all properties available for rent will be clean, tidy and ready for occupation. We don't just want you to live in a house; we want you to make it your HOME!

We are keen to ensure all maintenance issues are addressed quickly and efficiently for your enjoyment of the property throughout the tenancy. We have a team of approved contractors to meet general maintenance issues and emergencies.

Moving into a Property

When you move into a property, we inform the local electricity provider that you have taken occupancy of the property. This will help ensure you do not receive any utility bills which do not relate to your tenancy term.

We offer a quick application process. We can, under certain circumstances, move tenants into their chosen property in just one week, minimising the stress and disruption that moving house can bring. Our tenancy agreements are designed to protect both landlords and tenants and as such provide peace of mind throughout the duration of the tenancy.

Housing Benefit Tenants

We understand in today's economic climate some of our tenants are in receipt of certain benefits which may include an entitlement to housing benefit and Universal Credit whether that is a full or partial entitlement.

Our friendly staff can tell you if you could qualify for this benefit and they will help you complete your housing benefit forms and or Universal Credit online applications.

If you have any questions regarding your entitlement, please speak to one of our staff members who will be more than happy to help you with your query!
