Dear Tenant, we have recently changed the way repairs are reported, please read the information below to report and or review repairs. Thank you or your co-operation.

Report a repair

In order to access your repair portal you need to input the following information:

  • The Email Address you have provide to us on your application
  • Post Code of the property you are renting with Property Link

Please give as much information as possible and upload pictures to help the maintenance team to understand the nature of the issue.

Review a repair previously reported

If you need an update on the progress of your repair, there is no need to phone the office. You will be able to log in to the portal to "REVIEW" and "EDIT" your repair through the portal by clicking on "MY JOBS" on the portal screen.
